- 材料 : 1 egg yolk 50 cc (1.7 fl. Oz) of water 1 teaspoon of Matsuya Soup Stock Mix Salt, to taste

How to cook
1. Mix a beaten egg yolk with water, Matsuya Soup Stock Mix and salt.
2. Pour it in a heat-resistant container, place container in a steamer and steam it for 8-10 minutes.
